What sizes are available? Prints are listed at the sizes shown on each product page. If you're looking for something different, feel free to reach out via email — custom size requests are considered on a case by case basis.
How long does shipping take? Prints are made to order, so please allow up to two weeks for processing before your order ships.
How are prints packaged? Prints up to 9x12 are shipped flat in rigid mailers. Anything larger is rolled and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube.
How do you ship? Domestic orders ship free via USPS. International orders ship via USPS First Class International for a flat rate of $18. Delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks depending on where you are and how customs is feeling that day — please note that tracking becomes limited once your package leaves the US. Any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Need faster shipping with full tracking? Reach out before ordering and I can put together a DHL quote.
Do you offer expedited shipping and processing? I'll do my best to accommodate special requests! Send me an email and we can figure it out. Your order may require an extra expedite fee, in which case we'll coordinate.
What is your refund policy? All sales are final. Because prints are made to order, I'm unable to accept returns or issue refunds. If something arrives damaged, please get in touch and we'll figure it out together.
How should I frame my print? Prints are sized for custom framing and usually include an 1/8” white border for easy matting (if not include the listing will state otherwise). I recommend visiting a local frame shop or using a mat to fit a standard frame size.
